"Signed up for insurance everything seemed ok but the are Terrible at following through. My daughter had a minor accident their computers were down so you had to call the corporate number and submit everything through them I don’t believe the had any had in the incident the whole way through.Another’s issue was the don’t return phone calls or complete requests for you policy. Still waiting on a return call from them from two weeks ago. A family member of mine is having the same issues. We switched to another local agency in town."
"I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our agency. In reviewing our history with you I see that you called upset about rates. My staff explained that a discount had been removed due to the accident you mention. I was not advised you needed a call back. Because I do call back and we do take care of requests immediately from our office. We also try and meet with our customers annually which you declined to do. I would be happy to discuss your issues but you obviously just want to vent publicly. My office staff and myself go above and beyond for our customers. And we appreciate when customers treat us with the respect that we treat them with. I don’t feel like you’ve been fair in your review, you are entitled to your opinion. I wish you luck. "
